So I rarely leave negative reviews but this situation mandates it. First of all: I never received my item. They generated a shipping label but no package was ever delivered to a shipper. I don’t think they ever had the item in stock. That (in and of itself) is not an issue or the reason for this review. The real issue was the lack of communication. I would send messages and not get any response. I was told (after I inquired) that there had been a huge Post Thanksgiving interest in the item but that was the only real communication about my particular order that was ever received. I could go on and on but just suffice it to say: I never received my item. I was never given an explanation. I was given tentative ship dates that never happened. My order was only cancelled after I threatened to speak to the BBB or states attorney general. Still waiting for my refund. Order was placed one month ago
