SHIPPING

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES? 

We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the United States. International Shipping is a flat rate of $24.50.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

All US Deliveries will arrive with an estimated delivery time frame of 5-7 Business Days from the date of your order. Business Days does not include Weekends or Holidays. Special Order items, formal gowns and wedding attire may have additional delivery time which we will contact you via email to notify you if any delays.

International Shipments (Outside the U.S.) Arrive within 7-10 Business Days

We also offer Express and Rush shipping for more urgent deliveries. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive an automated email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We ship 1st class mail to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Order tracking will be sent to you via your email address you provide when placing the order.  We will communicate your order tracking through your email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24 hour time period, we are unable to cancel order.  Please contact us to provide a store credit if cancellation is needed or an exchange.

Refunds

We take pride in customers having the best experience ever and happy with their items received!

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Although we don't offer credit/cash refunds, we will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. You will receive an email with your store credit included to process online for your new purchase.

Exchanges

Our customers have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return back to us for an exchange or  refund. We ship free to our customers within the United States, however the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once your store credit/exchange is processed, we will ship your replacement at no additional cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Email us at info@shopbellavalentina.com.
